Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

This policy explains what information SeatSprig (“we”, operated by Tu Vu) collects and how it’s used. The short version: your guest list stays in your browser. We only receive data you choose to publish, and payment details go to Paddle, not us.

1. Data that stays on your device

Projects you create (guest names, households, groups, meals, notes, tables and seating, and the text you type into printable templates) are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. We don’t receive or store this data. Backup files you download are saved wherever you choose.

2. Data we receive

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details.

4. How we use data

To provide the Service (show published pages, verify purchases, issue unlocks), respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don’t sell personal information and don’t use it for advertising.

5. Service providers

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, content delivery, storage for published pages) and Paddle.com (payments). These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

6. Your choices and rights

You can delete local projects by clearing your browser data or starting a new project. To delete a published guest page or ask what data we hold about you, email hello@seatsprig.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to complain to a data protection authority. If you publish guests’ names, please make sure you’re comfortable sharing them this way; we’ll remove any page on request from the organiser or a listed guest.

7. Children

The Service is intended for adults planning events. Guest lists may include children’s names entered by the organiser; organisers should only publish what they’re comfortable sharing.

8. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, limit what we collect, and sign unlock codes cryptographically. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect the little data we hold.

9. Changes

We’ll update this page and the date above if our practices change.
