Flat card or folded booklet?
| Format | Pros | Printing |
|---|---|---|
| 5 × 7 in card (front + back) | Quick to make, easy to hand out or place on chairs, doubles as a fan at outdoor ceremonies. | 2 per letter sheet, double-sided, cut on the crop marks. |
| Folded booklet 5.5 × 8.5 in | More room for long ceremonies and big wedding parties; feels like a keepsake. | 1 per letter sheet, double-sided, fold in half — no cutting. |
Double-sided printing tips
Print one test sheet first. Both formats use landscape letter pages: choose double-sided, flip on short edge and 100% scale. The back of each card is positioned to line up with its front.
How many to print: many couples print one per guest or one per couple/household, plus a few spares for the wedding party and keepsakes.
Frequently asked questions
Our ceremony has a lot of parts. Will it fit?
Yes — the program shrinks type evenly to fit and never overflows. For very long ceremonies, choose the folded booklet, which gives the order of ceremony a full page.
Can I list several names in one role?
Yes, e.g. “Bridesmaids — Sophie Lane, Ava Brooks, Maya Chen”. Long lists wrap onto several lines.
Does it work for non-religious ceremonies?
Yes. Every line is editable and removable; the sample wording is only a starting point.
