Why not a Canva or Etsy template?
Those are great if you enjoy design tools. Ours is for couples who don’t: there are no text boxes to nudge, fonts to install or accounts to create. Layouts re-balance automatically when your menu has six courses or your names are long, and print files come out with bleed and crop marks already set up.
Questions
Do I need Canva, Word or any software?
No. Everything happens in your web browser: type your details, see the live preview, download a PDF that is ready to print. No account is needed.
What exactly do I get?
Vector PDF files at exact print size with embedded fonts (plus PNG where useful), in every size offered for the template and in any of the four designs. You can edit and re-download as often as you like for your wedding.
Can I see it before paying?
Yes. Every template, design and size is free to personalize and preview, and you can download a watermarked preview PDF to check sizing. You pay only for the clean, full-resolution file.
Will long or accented names fit?
Yes. Names and text auto-fit their space — “Zoë & José” or “Anastasia Montgomery-Fitzgerald” are handled gracefully, and nothing overflows the design.
Where can I print?
At home on cardstock (menus, programs, table numbers and thank-you cards come two per letter sheet with crop marks), or at any copy shop or online printer. Welcome signs are standard 18 × 24 and 24 × 36 in poster sizes.
Do the templates match the seating chart?
Yes. The four designs are shared with our seating chart maker, so your seating sign, escort cards and every template match. The $39 combo includes both.
What if I made a mistake?
Edit the text and download again — unlimited re-downloads are included. Keep the transaction ID from your receipt to restore your purchase on another device.
