SeatSprigTerms of Service
These terms govern your use of SeatSprig (the “Service”) at seatsprig.com, operated by Tu Vu, an individual sole proprietor in the United States (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. What the Service is
SeatSprig is a web-based tool for planning event seating and producing printable files (seating chart signs, escort cards, place cards, table numbers) and an optional online “find your seat” page. It also offers personalizable printable wedding templates (welcome sign, dinner menu, ceremony program, table numbers, thank-you card). The editor runs in your browser; your project data is stored on your device unless you choose to publish a guest page.
2. Free use and paid unlock
- You can build and preview projects for free. Free downloads are watermarked and low resolution.
- A one-time payment (currently US $29 plus applicable taxes) unlocks full-resolution downloads and the guest page for one event project (“Wedding unlock”). It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Printable templates are sold individually, as a bundle of all five, or together with the seating chart (“combo”), each as a one-time payment for one event. A template purchase unlocks clean, full-resolution downloads of the template(s) bought; it does not include the seating chart unless you bought the combo.
- An unlock is for your personal use for one event. Please don’t resell, share or publish unlock codes or transaction IDs.
3. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
4. Refunds
See our Refund Policy: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. This includes digital template downloads.
5. Your content
You own the guest lists and other content you enter (“Your Content”). You are responsible for having the right to use it, including any personal information of your guests. If you publish a guest page, you grant us a limited licence to store and display the guest names and table names you publish, solely to provide that page. You can ask us to remove a published page at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, attempt to bypass payment or security measures, overload our systems, or publish content that is abusive or that you don’t have permission to share.
7. Backups and availability
Because projects are stored in your browser, clearing browser data can delete them. Please download backup files regularly. We aim to keep the Service available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Published guest pages are kept for at least 12 months after your last update.
8. Check your printouts
You are responsible for reviewing names, table assignments, spelling and print settings before printing or sharing. Print a test page and check sizes before large print runs. We aren’t responsible for printing costs caused by errors in content you entered or printer settings.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its designs, templates and software belong to us or our licensors. Files you download may be printed and shared for your event. Fonts embedded in PDFs are used under the SIL Open Font License.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be noted on this page. We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection laws of your country give you additional rights.
